**** HELP DESK SUPPORT ****

CDI is looking for a Help Desk Support person in St Petersburg, FL. This is a contract position. The assignment is for approximately 6 months, but has the option of going longer.

Required Skills:

? Microsoft Operating Systems

? Microsoft Office Product Line

? Experience with Direct Customer Contact for Troubleshooting / Desktop Support / Customer Service

? Good computer skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

? Remedy or another work management tool

? TCP/IP protocol and Network Files Systems (NFS)

? MVS Mainframe

? HP-UX

? Network Printers

? Telecom Networks

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Provide support for customer inquiries, problems, and/or requests.

? Able to work a flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation.

? Record and track customer information on inquiries, problems, and/or requests using Remedy system.

? Develop operational knowledge of customers? technical environment, new technologies and IT&T Enterprise processes.

? Identify improvement opportunities to improve IT&T Enterprise customer service.

? Provide input / feedback on and assist with Knowledge Base solutions (support techniques and problem resolution), Service Desk roles / functions, and various technology projects that impact customers.

This is a contract position in St Petersburg, FL and will be for approximately 6 months.
