We are searching for a key member to join our Help Desk department.  The successful Help Desk Associate will be responsible for resolving various hardware and software issues in our Dell / Win XP environment. 

 

The successful candidate will have the following skillset and responsibilities:High School Diploma 2+ years of previous help desk experience in a professional environment. Strong personal skills in:
o Customer Service
o Communication
o Accountability
o Ability to work in a team
o Ability to adapt and learn
o Administration Will work with users directly, on the phone, and through e-mail. Technical skills in:
o Windows XP
o MS Office
o WinTel based hardware
o Various computer accessories
o Audio and video
o Keeping up to date on the latest technologies
