Current Opportunity:
First Level Technology LLC is currently accepting resumes for Help Desk Agents in Columbia, SC. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, problem-solving, networking, inputting incident information, monitoring service activity, and routing to and/or dispatching calls to the appropriate technicians. Also required is working knowledge of PCs and program applications, general typing skills, and the ability to multi-task.
The pay rate is $12 per hour. This is a position in a call center environment and previous call center/customer service/help desk experience is required. The call center is open 24/7/365 and flexibility in work schedules is a must - weekends most likely required. Full and part time positions available.
REQUIREMENTS
--1-2 years customer service experience
--1 year call center experience
--Help Desk/PC troubleshooting experience
--Ability to type accurately
--Skilled in phone etiquette and customer service skills
--Flexibility in work schedule - candidates must be able to work any shift in our busy 24 hour call center
