Help Desk Analyst

Spherion is looking for a Entry Level Help Desk Analyst.  This is a 3+ month contract with option to extend/or convert.  This is a 40hour work week and there are 4 positions open.  Early morning shift starting at 5 or 6am and possibility of a 4am shift on Saturday pending rotation of individuals. 

 

Job Purpose:

Provides first-level support to users by researching and answering questions; resolving problems; providing resources.



Duties:

* Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.



* Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.



* Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.



* Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.



* Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.



* Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.



* Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.



Skills/Qualifications:

good understanding of level 1/level 2 troubleshooting skills, Understand Printer/PDA/Fax software troubleshootingNetwork Troubleshooting, Networking Knowledge,Help Desk Experience, Phone Skills, Customer Service, Training, Verbal Communication,  Documentation Skills,  Product Knowledge
