Help Desk Assistant

Wasserstrom, a leader in the foodservice industry, is looking for a Help Desk Assistant. This position provides first level support via phone, remote control and email for a wide range of hardware and software issues and requests. The successful candidate should have experience in common office computer programs such as Microsoft Windows, Office and email. All requests are logged utilizing an internal call tracking system. Candidate must have well developed interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills and must be a team player with a desire to provide a high level of service to our end users.
