Help Desk Technician
We are currently seeking a Help Desk Support Technician for our Roseland, NJ Office. The position is responsible for daily application support to users, installing and configuring software and hardware in desktop and notebook computers, documenting procedures, training users and interfacing with vendors. The ideal candidate must possess a general understanding of networking concepts and be able to troubleshoot general PC hardware and network connection issues.
