Help desk support - converting the new POS systems

Must be able to handle phones, taking between 40 - 50 calls a day.

Someone who can mult-task and has great customer service.

Need people who are strong and can hit the ground running.

This is a 24 x 7 job, hours will vary and may have to work weekends.

Must know Windows XP inside and out -
Active directory
printer configuration
Remote access software experience
