As we transition our Quality Assurance (QA) processes to full automation, we have created a new position for an expert in this field. The job offers a chance to lead a team in a relaxed environment at a Fortune 100 Company.

 

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be involved in QA along the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). He/she will oversee the shift from manual QA testing to full automation of this process. The hired individual will also lead a team of 7-9 professionals, coordinating their workloads.

 

Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing functional and technical specifications on a wide range of applications
Writing and executing test cases
Using automated testing tools to change the QA process
Managing the QA team and prioritizing their projects



The position requires significant technical systems experience with a focus on QA, test plans, and project management. The qualified applicant will also have specific knowledge of automated testing tools and experience within multiple platforms. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, as are management skills and QA or testing certifications.
