Experience and QualificationsAt least two years of Desktop or Network Support experience requiredExperience configuring Windows 2000 and XP Operating Systems Effective problem-solving skillsPrior experience with the following software is also helpful:  CCH Practice, CCH Prosystems fx Tax, Lacerte, BNA, PRC ? Portfolio Plus

 

 

ResponsibilitiesProvide Information Technology, desktop systems and application support for the internal customers with limited scope and complexityHands on problem resolution in matters of both technical and application support of Information Systems with general direction from managementAssists users in technical matters pertaining to the use of Personal Computers and related equipment and logs and tracks all callsMaintain user accounts, groups and security access requirements for network drives and various software applicationsProven ability to effectively manage high levels of activity and multiple demands simultaneouslyResponsive and proactive communication with internal team members is essential Committed to managing yourself and our business based on five core values expressed as REACH ?
