OVERVIEW OF THE SYSTEMS 

Approximately 500 users

Is a Visual FoxPro based case management application with over 200 user screens and 600 plus business rules.  Due to the number of system, data elements and process changes to client, end-user training is required for all users.

 

Currently, there is a significant project underway to integrate client with OSOS; replace a FoxPro system with a web-based client.

Project1 Approximately 300 users

Worksource1 is an Extranet-based system designed to be a customer intake front-end with dashboard/reporting tools.  The system utilizes MS-SharePoint and .NET platform and is integrated with Siebel OnDemand CRM. 

 

As with ACMS, a project is underway to integrate Worksource1 with OSOS to meet the June 15th deadline.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Given the size of the user population, a training team consisting of two will be assigned for each system/agency. Each team must develop a training plan and schedule for each system; and work together to thoroughly analyze and develop curricula for each system. The curricula should be broken down into two categories:Business processes and its impact on day-to-day operations. client or Project1 Application training.

Training Consultant must provide the following services:Business analysis to provide training. Provide professional interactive training sessions. Understanding the business processes ? workflows, etc. Understanding of how to use systems in a day-to-day operational environment. Thoroughly understanding the systems - UI and functionality. Assist in developing course material documents, PowerPoint, manuals, etc. Coordinate and develop a training plan and schedule. Develop training satisfaction metrics. Provide training status reports to management.

 

Please note, training rooms and equipment will be available throughout the length of this engagement.

 

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Business analysis. Conducting professional training more then 4 years. Developing curricula and training plans. Superior communication skills. Excellent people and presentation skills. Possess excellent organizational and written skills, and demonstrated ability to teach.

?  Understanding Windows/web-based PC applications.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience teaching client management systems (CRM) or case management systems. Experience creating and developing training material for the web via HTML, WEBEX or Flash.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSIf interviewed, candidates must be prepared to discuss how they would approach this project. At the time of the interview, all candidates must bring with them a portfolio of implemented training plans and training materials they?ve developed.
