Jr. Data Center Operations

Communication firm in Parsippany has an indefinite contract position available for a Data Center Operator. This position will involve monitoring AS/400 servers for problems and paging the appropriate representatives to attend to the problem. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
This position requires 1+ years of network topology and data center experience. Familiarity with AS/400 server administration is required. Basic server troubleshooting experience is required. Position requires the individual be available to work between the hours of 7:00 PM to 7:00 PM during the work week. Additionally, this position will require working either Saturday or Sunday ( 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift ).
