Lead Specialist Intel and Ops Analysis

Description: By leveraging expertise and state-of-the-art technological capabilities, contribute to a technological revolution by helping our nation's intelligence effectively operate in data-rich, collaborative, network centric, C4ISR environments. The selected candidate will be assigned to the EASYBORDER Technical Task Order (TTO) 0003 working primarily in a Intel Analyst role. He or she will define and will investigate customer requirements. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: perform requirements gathering and analysis; translate needs into requirements; and assist with Intel reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
The selected candidate will need to have 4 years of Lead Analyst/Telecommunications professional experience. The candidate needs to have experience with SIGINT operations, techniques and applications and digital networking protocols, templating, routing, switching and mapping. The candidate needs to be familiar with customer databases such as Octave, Faschia, Pinwhale, Anchory and Agility. The candidate needs to be able to write PERL and UNIX shell scripts.

The candidate typically requires a Intel experience with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.

Applicants selected shall be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Current TS/SCI clearance with a minimum CI Polygraph is required for this position (Full Scope Polygraph is preferred). U.S. Citizenship required.
