JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The IT Administrator will be primarily focused on  project-level IT responsibilities, from architecture through to implementation, maintenance, and support.  The candidate filling this role will be responsible for various high priority, high availability projects, including disaster recovery operations for those projects. 

 

Initial responsibilities will include Sharepoint Portal Server architecture, administration, and support as well as SQL Server architecture and support.  This individual will also perform other infrastructure support duties as needed. 

 

REQUIRED TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor?s Degree

 MCSE 2000 or 2003 Certification

 Active Directory 2003 administration

 Windows 2000/2003 Server administration

 SQL 2000/2005 administration

 Sharepoint Portal Server experience

 IIS administration experience

 

 Additional desired experience:

Extranet support experience  

 Scripting ability

 Storage administration skills
