Marketing Coordinator

Growing office equipment dealer in the NOVA area looking for a marketing coordinator to oversee all development and production of marketing materials. The marketing coordinator is responsible for graphically designing, scripting and layout of all materials including but not limited to a newsletter, promotional material, direct mail pieces, mailers, flyers and post cards. Some web page design experience would be useful. Working directly with the sales department, the marketing coordinator develops and implements marketing campaigns to increase business opportunities as well as to raise new and existing customer?s awareness of the company?s products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

?Create various printed media using appropriate software ?Maintain Web Site ?Create and update additional supporting materials including moch-ups, web graphics and client facing materials. ?Shall handle special marketing projects in support of the sales department

Support all vendor relations to ensure timely project completion ?Update and maintain all files

Required Skills:

?Must be proficient in desktop publishing to include PC/MAC, computers and software such as QuarkXpress, Photoshop, and Acrobat and have the ability to work with various graphics formats such as tiff, jpeg and pdf. ?Must have some basic knowledge in working with outside vendors ?Must be able to do basic photo editing Good communications skills, oral and written Well Organized

Qualifications:

?College graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing or related curriculum One or two years experience is a plus.
