We are looking for a professional that wants to join a company that is trusted, respected, and innovative?Modcomp Systems & Solutions headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, is currently seeking a dynamic Network Engineer.  The position reports to the Technical Services Manager. 

 

The ideal Network Engineer is:Capable of conducting both presales and postsales presentations to clients. Designs and implements LAN and WAN for effective and efficient performance.Responsible for network security features including but not limited to assessing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining systems.Must be a ?self-starter? with outstanding analytical, communication, and technical skills.Self directed with an ability to multi-task effectively.

 

Minimum Requirements:CCNA, CCDA, CCDP, and/or CCNP certification.Minimum of 5 years related work experience within a multiple LAN environment.Knowledgeable in local and wide area networks.Knowledgeable in network securityFirewalls and routing experience required.Security Assessment preferred.Wireless experience preferred.Network load balancing and SSL VPNs preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-directed with an ability to multi-task effectivelyAbility to work in a fast paced environment while demonstrating excellent customer service and follow-through skills.Capability of working in a professional but informal environment.
