An opportunity for a recent college graduate to join a growing technology company in South Florida.

This position is for a Customer Service Engineer that will provide remote level 1 and level 2 support to our global customers, from our newtwork operations center. The position is a second or third shift assignment. Candidates must have a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

The daily activities include management of our global network, including essential system, network, SAN and data protection administration tasks.

A recent degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a requirement; as are Windows and/or network adminstration skills. Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications are a big plus.
