?Job Summary

Full time position providing computer support to corporate personnel and corporate systems. Current technical skills are not as important as a willingness to learn and an ability to present oneself in a professional manner

?Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

???????? Troubleshoot and provide hardware and software support for desktop and laptop computers.

???????? Provide Microsoft Office support to corporate personnel.

???????? Track and schedule printer, copier and fax support with outside vendors.

???????? Assists the Systems Administrator in maintaining and supporting the home office network and computer systems including but not limited to SQL database administration, backup and recovery, installation and configuration of Microsoft and Linux applications.

???????? Performs other duties as assigned.

?Summary of Qualifications

???????? Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years technical schooling or?two years related?experience.

???????? Requires working knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office.

???????? Requires working knowledge of Linux and networking.

???????? Requires working knowledge of Active Directory.

???????? Requires excellent interpersonal skills to receive and convey information in a diplomatic and professional manner.

???????? Requires good judgment and problem solving skills to effectively analyze and troubleshoot a wide variety of computer systems.

???????? Requires excellent interpersonal skills to successfully work with a variety of personalities and business styles while coordinating multiple tasks and completing them within a deadline.

???????? Requires up to 10% travel

???????? Requires valid class C drivers license.

???????? Requires excellent job attendance and punctuality.
