Network Engineer

Zetec is a stable, growth-oriented company located in Snoqualmie Ridge (exit 25 off of I-90). We are a leader in Eddy Current and Nondestructive Testing (NDT).  Zetec develops and manufactures industry driven solutions to help customers inspect metal goods with improved quality and speed.  We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Network Engineer (Zjob 826) at our U.S. Headquarters.

 

The successful Network Engineer will be able to maintain the company?s LAN/WAN networking and security.  They will install, maintenance and troubleshoot network hardware to including, but not be limited to; routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP systems.  You will assist with Disaster Recovery and security initiatives both internally and for related companies.  Internally, this position interfaces with all members of the IT department.  Outside of this department, this position will be expected to interface with management, supervisors and users on the company wide network.  External contact will involve interfacing with hardware and software vendors, contractors, service representatives, and staff in related organizations.

 

Do you have a positive ?can do? attitude?  If you have the following qualifications; CCNA certification required (CCNP, CCSP, or CCIE certification preferred) and a four year degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience preferred.  Minimum five years experience in a multi-location IT environment, extensive Network troubleshooting experience, demonstrated ability to provide direction in a team oriented environment, and demonstrated ability to support LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
