Network Services Technician – PC Administrator
Responsibilities:Support, Administration, and Repair workstations in a call center environment Assist with routine Server tasks ? user creation/deletion, server backups, data archival, etc? Serve as first-level technical support for all IT concerns, enabling communication with the IT team and the Operations department Develop strategies and systems for management of workstations across the organization ? Group Policies, deployment and imaging, etc? Provide on-site support during evenings and Saturday mornings Provide support to other facilities and remote users via phone during evenings and weekends Provide some on-call support for the call center
Ideal Candidate should have
Experience supporting Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 ServerSome experience with Exchange 2000 or 2003, IIS 5.0 and 6.0, SQL 2000 and 2003 Experience working in a call center environment Ability to work independently, to acquire skills quickly, a Installation and provisioning of voice/data services, LANs, WANs, routers, and switches
