Operation Manager

This person will be hands on. They will be responsible for the day to day control and flows of all departments. The data center houses 3,000 servers. They will be the ultimate decision maker on all rulings in the departments and the go to person. They will be responsible for developing and executing new process flows, organizational structuring, and be able to delegate tasks accordingly. This is a very important and visible role for the company and the hope is that this person will help bring the company to the next level as they grow. Experience with large scale networks is mandatory and experience working in a data center environment is mandatory. Reports to the CEO. This person will be working normal day shift hours but must understand that emergency and off hours work is expected of them.
