PART-TIME (15-20 HOUR) PER WEEK COMPUTER TECHNITION

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Assist with network server maintenance and backup

Install, upgrade, setup, and test computer workstations and required peripherals

Provide system demonstration and any necessary end-user training

Provide software support for business applications, Windows XP Pro operating systems, MS Office suite, Outlook, anti-virus software

Troubleshooting information for new and existing applications

Contact for Retail Software Application

Assist with PC desktop support for approximately 21 end users

Work in a team environment by sharing information and assisting others with requests

Coordinate with support personnel to ensure all end user requests are resolved in a prompt, efficient manner

 

Windows 2000 & 2003 experience

Innovation and self motivation

Ability to be task oriented

Excellent interpersonal skills

 

 

This position will not be doing programming.

 

Candidate must be bondable and have excellent references. There will be a background check conducted. We have a great working environment in an upscale retail setting. Perfect for computer tech that is in school or looking for outside part-time work.
