PEGA Developer

 

Primary duties:

This position will be located in Nashville, TN with the primary duties for the overall design, architecture, and implementation of a PEGA systems solution and will provide thought-leadership in all aspects of Professional Services engagements through requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment.  It ensures delivered solutions perform to requirements and are able to scale to the agreed user concurrency, and maintain high availability. It is responsible for end to end design of a PEGA systems? implementation.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Experience with PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC)

-PEGA systems certification preferred

-BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

-At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems

-Extensive experience on J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2, MS/SQL and .NET

-Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server, OO experience

-Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is a plus.
