Part-Time Computer Operator

Our client is currently seeking a part-time Computer Operator.  Duties and responsibilities are:Under general supervision, operates computer equipment and performs routing tasks to maintain/monitor computers and peripheral equipment; also processes and runs daily reports from a variety of systems.  Accept help desk requests from staff and coordinate workflow w/ Systems Techs. Multi-tasking a must. High School diploma; AS in related field preferred Knowledge of mainframe computers, servers, PCs, printers and tape units Good analytical skills, communication, interpersonal skills.  Ability to use common sense to resolve work assignments, flexible to work other schedules if needed. General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).  Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of PCs and peripheral equipment, user password issues, and lower level PC and/or server issues.
