Part-Time Information Technology Associate

Jewish Federation of St. Louis, one of the area?s oldest and largest not-for-profit organizations seeks experienced part-time Information Technology Associate to work a flexible, 25 hour per week schedule.  Responsibilities include providing maintenance and troubleshooting services for the servers, workstations, printers and infrastructure of the network; providing training and troubleshooting assistance in the use of application software; help backups as needed; and various other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualified candidates must possess excellent ?customer relation? skills, the ability to graciously and effectively relate with systems users; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field; the ability to deal with and adapt to change; and a MIS Degree, MCSE, or equivalent experience.  Candidates must also have experience supporting the following: Windows Server 2000 & 2003; Active Directory; Microsoft SQL Server; Microsoft Exchange 2003; Windows 2000 & XP Professional; Microsoft Office Suite; Symantec Norton Ghost and AntiVirus.
