Everyone is working toward the common goal of enabling people to see better than they ever have, without contacts or glasses. We have the following opportunity at TLC/Kremer in South Jersey.

 

In this highly visible customer service and sales role, you will be responsible for selling company services - meeting with patients at center at time of consultation to successfully convert them to having their laser vision correction with TLC; following up with patients; working toward converting follow up calls to consultations and surgeries; answering patient questions and providing information prior to booking; introducing payment plan; setting up new account information; and answering telephone call inquiries and promoting our services. This individual will also be responsible for assisting the doctor in surgical procedures; ensuring that all forms and pertinent information has been recorded; and maintaining all equipment. We?re looking for an outgoing people-person with the ability to research and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

All qualified candidates must have completed some college coursework with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales. Excellent communication skills and the ability and willingness to learn all aspects of the business are important. Candidates should be able to multi task comfortably and have ability to adapt to a changing environment. Basic computer knowledge is needed and preferred experience in ophthalmology, but not required.
