PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) HR/Payroll Senior Consultant.

Requires at least 1-2 full life-cycle implementation experience in
PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne HR and/or Payroll.

 

 

Provide advanced level PeopleSoft HR/Payroll (Human Capital) consulting for small to large, or complex, PeopleSoft software implementations and upgrades in various sectors.

 

You will be tasked with providing input on strategic planning, priorities, design documents and testing plans. A demonstrated ability to work with technical resources on conversion, interface and modification design and mapping; possess a strong understanding of EnterpriseOne file structures is required.

Consultants will design, develop and implement creative means using the existing software functionality to meet client requirements.


5+ years of PeopleSoft Functional HR/Payroll implementation/upgrade experience including fit/gap, business process reengineering, etc.

 Must have prior experience implementing/upgrading HR and Payroll modulesIn depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HR (Enterprise, EnterpriseOne or World), with a focus on payroll. Must have worked on a minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of PeopleSoft.Experience leading and managing large complex engagements that include PeopleSoft HRDeep knowledge of HR operations and technology subject matter, including: HR technology (e.g., HR ERP) implementations, process design/reengineering, shared services/call centers, and outsourcing Must have ability to work well with functional and technical resources and have strong problem solving skills.Must have strong SQR and interface experience

***This position requires a minimum of 75% travel.
