Production Services Manager

The ActiveStrategy Broker Compliance group provides an outsourced software solution to large healthcare organizations to manage the collection of monetary and non-monetary transactions between the healthcare providers and third-party agencies.  This data is converted into government regulated reports, which are distributed via postal mail and other electronic means. The position will manage the client relationship and daily communications, oversee the utilization and maintenance of the software application, and manage the monthly oversight and processing of incoming and outgoing data files. 

 Job Requirements: 

1. 3-5 years of experience in business analyst and project management positions.

2. Excellent communications skills: must be able to manage client relationship on a tactical and semi-strategic level.

3. Detail orientation: must track that we have received each of 40 monthly files, visually scan files for obvious errors, and process files into test; must be able to follow detailed processing guidelines and instructions

4. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and follow up on data issues

5. Basic technical understanding of SQL, Excel, and batch jobs

6. Must be able to work/communicate with technical internal and business external resources

7. Ability to communicate with an external printing and mailhouse vendor around data transfer, report shipment, testing, etc.

8. Affinity for software applications.

9. Ability to communicate with external customers, diagnose issues and discuss solutions.
