Project Management Advisor - 06000DNE

The services program advisor will conduct business analysis functions in support of strategic services initiatives.  This will include financial analysis for program business cases, reporting development for services operations, database analysis around key customer experience parameters, and statistical analysis in support of service operations. 

 

The successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and drive for results, and will possess strong skills in business and financial acumen. 

Some exposure to database and spreadsheet modeling and application of statistical methods is required.  Finally, a passion for improvement of existing methods and processes around service and support processes will be highly valued.

6 years industry experience

Bachelors degree preferred.

Local candidates only. No relocation allotted for this position.
