job description

Plan all aspects of project development
Manage and monitor budgets, resources and schedules
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project and prepare a weekly progress report and review
Ensure the effective timely delivery of the project and highlight any concerns
Maintain regular contact with clients
Ensure quality and high standards are maintained at all times
Organize, brief and supervise the testing process
Organize and supervise voiceover and video shoots
Ensure clear communications within the production team throughout the project
Induct and coach new members of the team as necessary


your profile

Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, but highly prefer a Masters
or graduate degree.
Must have experience of managing large and/or multiple full life cycle
 projects.
Must have experience of working in a team environment.
Must have experience of motivating and communicating with individuals or
 group.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and
 excellent organizational skills.
Must have a very good knowledge and understanding of the theory of project
 management and project management tools; i.e. MS-Project or similar tools.
Must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.
Must have the ability to plan, monitor and resource projects.
Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive,
 goal oriented, motivator
Management of multiple medium to large scale software or product development
 projects in the manufacturing environment
Experience in working with internal and external partners
Abiltiy to interface with all levels in customer organization
