MWH is seeking qualified applicants for a Regional IT Service Manager in the Broomfield, Colorado headquarters office.

This Regional Services Manager (RSM) position is a Tier 3 position located in our corporate offices and reports to the Americas Regional IT Field Operations Manager. Will supervise Tier 2 Field Engineer technician(s) depending on location. Key objective is to provide high quality customer support services to the clients in their respective region ensuring that the business requirements and standards of the MWH Global IT Strategic Plan are met while achieving the company's IT Vision. The RSM will collaborate with our clients and other iNet teams on IT business needs, handle customer support issues, and work on a wide variety of special projects. Acts as an interface between IT operations and local business unit management by overseeing activities of local office (LAN) and corporate (WAN) network, including network equipment, hardware, strategies, and operation. The RSM is responsible for gathering and maintaining office IT Infrastructure documentation for their respective region. Coordinates with relevant IT managers for local and wide area support and initiatives including special projects and relocations. Additionally, provides support services to IT Field Ops staff, acts in leadership role to local network coordinators, and provides desk-side support to the client as required. The RSM will interact with all iNet groups regionally and on occasion, globally. Travel required.

Bachelor's degree in IT is highly preferred, minimum 2-year technical degree or four to six years of computer support experience with minimum 4 years of direct (hands-on) technical support experience required. MCSE a strong plus. Must possess technical knowledge of broad range of IT-related platforms including Win2000 and WinXP OS (with other operating system experience a plus), software, hardware, networking, messaging, and SMS. Previous support of TCP/IP networks, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using helpdesk-type tracking software (such as Remedy) highly desirable. Excellent client service, organizational, communications (verbal/written) and analytical skills needed. Strong troubleshooting skills a must. ITIL certification a plus.
