SAP FI Delivery (Systems Analyst)
ROLE: As a Systems Analyst for Project Delivery you will work with the Business users to obtain all details regarding the design and implementation of all FI/CO modules including GL AP AR CO-PA and SPL. Responsibilities include the full cycle of the project including configuration of the SAP system; testing, data migration, and post go live support to effectively support all business requirements.
Reports to: Business Systems Senior Manager
Interacts with Internally/Externally:
SAP Functional Core Team, Technical MIS team (i.e., Basis), End Users (power users)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a Systems Analyst required to:
1. Support FI Business Process Owners, to ensure business process design and supporting SAP configuration is in line with the business needs.
2. Configure SAP system to effectively support business processes and requirements for GL AP AR CO-PA and SPL.
3. Analyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions, which improves business processes and increase productivity.
4. Provide technical and knowledge support to other FI and SAP production support team members.
5. Develop test script, design and support data migration, issue resolution, and post go live support for projects.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Requirements for the position include:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
? Minimum of 2-3 years systems analysis experience
? Thorough knowledge of SAP FI Module and SAP 4.6 with at least 3 years experience in GL, AP, AR, CO_PA and SPL. Fixed Assets a plus
? Ability to concurrently handle multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
? Ability to work in independently and in a Team environment
? AFS experience is preferred
? Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
? Experience with a Financial Shared Service model desired
? Full time FI/CO team member on at least one full cycle SAP Implementation
? Travel may be required based on business need.
