* Designs and analyzes databases
* Manages, reviews and designs database security
* Mentors proper SQL Coding
* Assists in validating logic of data retrieval
* Programs database stored procedures, functions, views, etc.
* Develops complex queries
* Develops DTS (Data Transformation) packages
* Create SQL SERVER jobs
* Monitors backups
* Performance tuning
* Cross trains other IT staff
* Database design
* Complex analysis of data
* Must have disaster recovery experience
