SR IT Analyst

This position is responsible for managing the LAN and Application Service Environment.  Assume responsibility for assigned system and application administration and hardware and ensure all service level agreements are met.  Must have 3-5 years network administration experience, Bachelor degree or higher, Certification a plus, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).  Advanced knowledge of:  Client server, switched Ethernet, Windows Active Directory, Windows 2000-03 server, SMS, SQL server, TCPIP, Lotus Notes Domino server, Cisco switch configuration, Windows XP, Veritas Backup Excec v9.1.  This individual must have excellent customer service and professional skills as they will provide support for all departments, customers and peers.  Able to provide support for all shifts locally or remotely.  Occasionally work more than 8 hours and work weekends if required.
