SUPPORT LEAD: BEAVEX

Beavex, Inc is one of the largest privately held courier companies in the US based out of Atlanta, GA with over 40 locations throughout the US. We are a 17 year old company and looking for a Suport Lead for our corporate headquarters located in Buckhead at:  2970 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta 30305.  Visit www.beavex.com to learn more about the company.   

 

The Support Lead will have responsibility for providing front line support to internal and external clients and will also supervise off-hours support staff and documentation resource(s).  The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.

Job Duties:

 

?  Front Line Support from 7am-3pm for BeavEx Internal and External customers.

?  Provide input for hiring and firing decisions and supervise West Coast and Overnight support staff.

?  Supervise documentation resource(s) and validate output.

?  Manage and utilize HelpDesk software application.

?  Generate support statistics from HelpDesk application.

?  Research specific data issues/questions as presented by the field.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

?  A minimum of three years experience in a Customer Support environment.

?  Excellent command of Microsoft Office Applications.

?  Supervisory experience preferred

?  Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

?  Experience with documentation tools, such as RoboHelp, preferred.

 

Performance Measurements:

 

?  100% usage of HelpDesk Application

?  OnTime publishing of monthly statistics

?  Feedback from CTO, CEO, CFO, VP of Operations on attitude and work quality
