Senior Applications Developer

A-dec is searching for a Sr. Applications Developer to lead and participate in the development of valued business applications. This person will be a critical member of the team tasked with developing and maintaining technical architecture to support business goals.

 

Requires 7 years of related professional or technical development experience with a substantial background in the technical and practical aspects of programming and development, and experience with project management coordination and leadership. A BS degree in Computer Science or appropriate practical experience also required. Requires experience with portals, skills in Microsoft SQL database normalization and programming, demonstrated understanding of .NET architecture and use of VB.Net or C# in desktop applications and in ASP.NET. A working knowledge of implementing .NET classes; web services using ASP.NET; and IIS and Active Directory are preferred. Microsoft Certifications preferred are: Database Administrator; Application Developer; Solutions Developer; and System Administrator.
