 Responsibilities

 

?  Provide quality and timely resolution to the daily servicing issues encountered by users within our corporate headquarters and the branch office locations. 

?  Handle incoming communications in a support environment generally through ACD system calls, voice mail, and e-mail.

?  Point person to escalating critical issues to appropriate support resources or management.

?  Utilize a problem management system and produce department metric/tracking reports.

?  Mentor mid-level helpdesk analysts.

?  Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

 Qualifications

 

?  An Associate?s degree in Information Technology and/or 4 to 7 years of work experience in an IT related field.

?  A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sr. level Helpdesk Analyst or a Sr. Technical Support Role.

?  Advanced knowledge and experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with end-user network connectivity, workstation configuration, user ID administration (creation, modification, password resets), and user profile configuration.

?  Experience in providing 1st level application support (diagnostic, tracking, and escalation).

?  Advanced technical experience in the Microsoft Office family of products, Windows 2000/XP Operating Systems/Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Email and Outlook.

?  Experience in user ID administration in a mainframe environment is a plus.

?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?  Must be able to pass our criminal, credit, drug testing and background check. Work Schedule

 

?  This position is Friday thru Monday from 6:00am to 5:00pm (four 10 hour days), with changes made based on business needs.

?  This is an ?on-call? position.
