Senior Sales Analyst

This position is with in the "Performance Measurement and Analysis"&tm; department with in the Solutions "" Sales Planning and Analysis organization.

This team"&tm;s responsibility is to conceive, design and deliver sales force automation solutions that will help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of FedEx Sales. This team is also responsible to deliver performance measurement scorecards to measure the success of corporate sales strategies and tactics and to perform business analysis to support Sales and Solutions executive management.

Preferred skills/experience for this position includes:
- SQL and quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
- CRM solutions experience especially as it applies to sales force automation tools.
- Business process reengineering, requirements definition & analysis and application design.

Candidates with MBA or MS in Industrial Engineering will be preferred.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree/equivalency in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Typically has 5 years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative businessproblem solving, operations, sales or marketing analysis, and/or knowledge management. Able to work on multiple assignments concurrently. Demonstrates advanced skills with business software. Typically, knowledge of third and fourth generation computer languages, sas, or rdbms is required. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills. Knowledge of FedEx sales and/or operations processes is preferred.
