The NSG Service Center remotely manages / fixes customer service requests for the division. This position requires a highly self-motivated, organized individiual with excellent communication skills and good troubleshooting logic that enjoys a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Are you up for a challenge? Are you always wanting to learn something new? This is the place to be!
Responsibilities To remotely fix 80% of incoming service requestsTo provide a 15 minute Response time to each incoming callTo communicate in an effective yet courteous manner to all customers whether internal or external.To provide exceptional technical and customer service for each incoming request.To accurately monitor and report from NSGwatchTo escalate any customer issues to management.To be efficient in time management.To maintain live and accurate service Time Logs.To consistently maintain coverage of the service center during business hours.
