Software Trainer

Software Trainer

Our client, a large, commercial software firm in the northwest suburbs, is looking for a skilled Software Trainer to add to their growing team. This position is a contract role.

Some of the responsibilities this person will have include:
-creation of cutting-edge training programs
-coaching and training
-develop workbooks for program
-take hands on role in training customers

Requirements:
- 4-5 Years Customer training experience
- Excellent coaching skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing training programs from scratch
- Versatility to train on variety of products
- Excellent writing ability
