Performance Tuning
Unix Shell scripting skills

2) Sybase Replication Server (Required)
Installation/Configuration
Managing WarmStandby Replication
Troubleshooting skills of replication issues.
Managing RepDefs and Subscriptions.
Knowledge of Heterogeneous Replication (Especially Oracle to Sybase and vice versa)

Required:

- Bachelor's or equiv.
- 6-8 years of related exp.
- Broad and up-to-date knowledge of relational database systems, query languages and referential integrity
