Customer interaction Job DescriptionCareer making opportunity to join leading Enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) engineering firm located in San Jose CA. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with the company?s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customer?s lab environment performing high-level core systems engineering role for as an individual contributor specializing in SAN & WAN solutions design/analysis, product qualification and troubleshooting activities for the company?s product line. Activities include working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. In addition you will have the opportunity to perform in-depth technical presentations and designs for OEM customers, partners, and/or integrators on new market platforms, storage services, systems management, SAN infrastructures, and data management software. You will have a high level of direct customer interaction, typically working independently with OEM customer architects and lab personnel. Regular interaction with OEM sales peers, SE manager, support and education teams as well as internal cross functional interaction with company hardware and software engineering, software quality assurance (SQA), product marketing and product management.
