Position: System Operator - Full-time
Shifts will be 2 grave shifts and 2 evening shifts and will include evenings and holidays.

Requirements:

- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience with NT and UNIX on user level preferred Incident and problem management skills required.
- Reliable and prompt.
- Able to work independently and multi-task Good communication skills.
- Casual, friendly work atmosphere.
- Experience with NovaNET a plus.
- Flexibility is a must.

This position is both 2nd and 3rd shift.

Education & Experience: An associate degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Experience should include data center operations with high availability systems serving a large customer base.
