ITT, AES is seeking a Helpdesk and network systems administrator for our Washington, DC facility. The position description is as follows: Setup and configure new and existing desktop computers to include keeping inventory on all items; Setup/configure/troubleshoot network printers and peripherals
Install/configure/troubleshoot MS Office suite and other third party software on user desktops; Administer Network servers and peripherals to include Active Directory, DHCP, WINS. Manage and monitor LAN backup jobs. Maintain and administer network routers and switches. Aid Helpdesk technician with PC Helpdesk calls, setups and inventory. Candidates must be familiar with NT4 to 2003 migration.

Five to ten years networking background working in a Windows environment. Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Project, Visio and Publisher. Able to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network as well as desktop components. Selected candidate must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Successful candidate must be able to favorably complete a background check with granted Interim Suitability which is required for this position.
