In this position, you will be the one who accomplishes department objectives; accomplishes work requirements; meets work standards; meets cost standards; acts as a central interpretation resource for policies and procedures; optimizes morale through management development and proper communications; assures that methods and processes are effectively installed that will measure and improve job performance, teamwork, management style, and work environment.

Qualifications


Oversees performance management initiatives and reengineering efforts such as competency-based assessment, using performance metrics and job function analysis.


Successful track record of implementing programs aimed at addressing issues of employee turnover by increasing employee satisfaction.


Successfully achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance.


Manages time effectively. Uses work plans to prioritize competing and interdependent tasks and meet deadlines.


Effectively assigns work to challenge people and grow their skills.


Understands team dynamics and skilled at building team spirit. Motivates team members to work together to achieve goals.


Track record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization and implementing quality initiatives.


Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.


Provides clear, concise information regarding company policies and procedures, benefits and payroll to new and current employees.


Project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, staffing, budget, and performance.


Associates degree or higher in related field or advanced vocational training with two to four years related experience
