Tech Support Manager

  Established Internet provider and computer repair company looking for motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy individual to manage tech support department.  Need someone who works to improve department's success, creates and implements evaluations, has good problem solving skills, works without constant oversight, that is a friendly, team-player, quick learner, and has excellent verbal (in-person & telephone) & written skills.  Duties include: 

-Hire Tech Employees
-Handle Tech Scheduling
-Handle Employee Issues
-Train new Tech Employees
-Handle Tech Calls
-Handle Repairs
-Knowledge of PC, MAC, TCP/IP, EMail client setup (Outlook, Outlook Express), PC hardware, basic networking, Windows 2000/XP
- A+, INET+ Preferred
-Handle escalated customer issues

- Full-time Position
-Salaried Position - work anytime as needed
