Technical Information Coordinator

General Summary: Supports Regulatory Affairs and Compliance by scheduling audits, developing information tracking tools, populates and manages databases and laserfiche systems.  Finalizes and sends our letters and emails, arranges travel, and schedules meetings.

 

Key Work Performed:

 Coordinates data and information, develops databases and manages laserfiche data storageAdministrative support for Regulatory function

 

Minimum Requirements:

A. Education:  BS in science or technical discipline

 

B. Experience: 3-5 yrs in a position requiring organizing technical information

 

C. Knowledge: Knowledge of operation of business machines, fax, copier, scanner, computers, printers.

Knowledge of mail delivery services

Knowledge of working in with regulated products

Knowledge of computer software programs

Knowledge of records management in a regulated business environment

 

D. Skills and Abilities:

Ability to verbally communicate over the telephone, to lift 40 pounds, to drive a car, to file in alphabetical order, use all features of business telephone, fax, scanner, email.

Skill in office software programs, Word, excel, powerpoint, laserfiche.

Skill at organizing records

Skill at managing multiple projects under pressure of deadline

Skill at database creation and management

Ability to read and comprehend technical information, and identify appropriate location/file to retain information.
