Technical Recruiter

Computer Horizons is looking for an experienced recruiter to help us grow and support our Hartford, CT clients.

The right candidate must possess the following:

Must have IT consultant recruiting experience for large clients.

Experience in cold calling, negotiating, building a pipeline of candidates, applicant screening, candidate interviewing, pre- employment testing, reference checking and making job offers.

Must have an understanding of IT environments such as Web- enabled Technology, Client Server, Data Warehousing, ETL, ERP, Mainframe, Network Infrastructure and Project Management.

Responsibilities for this position include:

- Cold calling and networking regarding IT consultants and employees.

- Interviewing and pre screening applicants.

- Searching and posting for applicants on internet job boards.

- Matching applicants to IT requirements.
