Call Center/Help Desk/Technical Support Representatives

The successful candidate will be professional, career minded, highly motivated and customer friendly. Candidates are also required to have outstanding office software skills and demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following specialties: Network/Internet Troubleshooting, E-Mail, DNS Server, routers, Systems Hardware, Software, Operating Systems or New Technology.

Knowledge of effective call center techniques and procedures plus, strong oral and written communication skills and  the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, nights, and weekends.

 



The following experience is required:

 

Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, POP3 and DNS Servers, internet connectivity, computer troubleshooting, and various applications

 Multi-task across a variety of technical customer service issues Communication skills and patience to handle a variety of customer personalities Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Handle customer complaints with a positive and diplomatic attitude
