National Internet Service Provider is looking to expand its customer support staff. We have openings for full and part-time Technical Support personnel. Day, evening, and weekend hours are available.

Candidates should be experienced and knowledgeable using Windows and Macintosh applications as well as configuring & troubleshooting dialup Internet connections. Software supported includes Netscape/Mozilla, IE, Outlook, Webmail, FTP clients, etc. Candidates must demonstrate patience and complex problem-solving. Should take strong ownership of customer issues while offering pleasant and friendly service and advice. Telephone skills are a must.
