BluWater is looking for a techncial support rep for VoIP Testing: Our client maintains database services for E911 centers nationwide. Testers will be providing Tier I technical support in a team environment. The VoIP Tester is responsible for provisioning test phones for our testing partner companies, monitoring call flow, and referring call delivery issues to our "SWAT" team as necessary.

Job requirements:
Excellent customer service skills, previous call center experience a plus
Strong familiarity with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel)
Experience with Web-based tools
Familiarity with networking concepts - TCP/IP, routing, internetworking.
Understanding of database concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask
Adaptable to a fast-changing environment

AA in computer-related coursework or equivalent experience; certification in Network+ or similar helpful.
